Location: the hotel was not far from a mountain overlooking both mount Fuji and the entire area around lake Yamanaka-ko. Truly enjoyed reasonably sized and recently renovated room I was given.
The views were not bad.

the location is exceptionally nice and perfect, 500 metres from lake yamanaka. the standard twin room is recently renovated with the kids to run around on the grass, a great view of mt fuji and a balcony with a great view of mt fuji.

The staff was helpful from the moment we arrived to the end of our stay. the rooms were well-maintained, newly renovated, and offered a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed the mountain view from my balcony. They even provided a wake-up service which was a nice touch.
